Description
In perfect condition, this 1982 Franklin Mint porcelain figurine of ‘Marie Antoinette’ made in England is one piece to admire.
Marie Antoinette was the last Queen of France, before the French revolution. During the revolution, she became known as Madame Deficit because the financial crisis was blamed on her lavish spending. In 1793 she was convicted of high treason and executed by guillotine. A nice piece nonetheless with simple matt colors, mainly the green dress with hints of yellows with blue hair. She stands up in grace with a striking tenacious facial expression.
