This nicely detailed vintage original water colour painting signed by artist David Dearn Titled ‘The Royal Corner’ Circa 1990, is in excellent condition, beautifully framed in glass. The mansion in the picture has been drawn with great detail with a mixture of subtle pastel shades with hints of yellows and greens giving this piece of art a very interesting feel of urbanscape tranquility. Circa Early 1990’s.

It’s a gorgeous painting- done by my father- known artist David Dearn.
Painted in the 90’s (not circa 70s) as a commission artwork (i believe) You have extremely undervalued it- the original purchaser would have paid over $500 for it at cost.
